Refund policy

At Bijoux Moni, every piece is checked before it ships. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Exchanges for damaged items
• Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with your order number.

How to request an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp at +961 76 601 329 or email bijouxmonis@gmail.com with:
• Your name and order number
• Photos of the damage
• Whether you’d like the same item or a similar one of equal value

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please return the item within 7 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. After we inspect it, we’ll send your replacement right away.

• We offer exchanges only, no cash refunds.
• Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible.
• Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
