Pre-order & Made-to-Order Cancellation Policy

Some Bijoux Moni items are sold as pre-orders or made to order, such as personalized 925 silver bracelets.

Cancelling a pre-order: You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by contacting us at bijouxmonis@gmail.com or via Instagram DM.

Made-to-order and personalized items: These are made especially for you, so they can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After production has started, personalized items can’t be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How refunds are made: Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method, or in cash for Cash on Delivery orders, within 7 days.
